The Prototype is a selective accelerator for high-growth startups on the path to raising $1M+ in capital. Designed for scale, the program equips founders with the strategy, network, and visibility needed to compete at the next level. Metanated delivers the infrastructure layer: we treat the present as a historical record. Every live moment — sessions, sets, workshops, activations — is instrumented, captured, verified, and preserved as archival evidence and civic data. That evidence becomes accessionable cultural assets that are provable, licensable, and usable by institutions, cities, and creators.

Pre-event setup
- Register the event in the system and assign an event_id.
- Create the preflight metadata template: expected captures, consent forms, brand clearances.
- Issue the on-site operations checklist and assign capture roles.

Event capture
- Capture against the shot list.
- Tag metadata in real time from the capture device or mobile application.
- Record consent immediately for anyone on camera, by digital signature or recorded verbal consent.

Ingest and preflight
- Upload masters to staging storage.
- Run automated preflight: file integrity (SHA-256), metadata completeness, consent flags.
- Flag missing items for rapid re-capture or curator review.

Verification and provenance
- Curator and legal review of the provenance chain and rights position.
- Attach provenance entries: who captured, when, device identifiers, consent evidence, invoices.
- Resolve brand and IP conflicts through redaction, embargo, or legal hold.

Accession nomination
- Nominate candidate artifacts with a proposed accession_id.
- Record title, creators, dates, media type, provenance, rights license, checksum, storage location, and curatorial notes.

Consent, rights, and legal workflow
Consent capture
- Digital consent forms at check-in, in clear language covering capture, use, and licensing.
- Recorded verbal consent at the start of capture when a signature is not possible, with the audio snippet and transcript retained.
- Minors require explicit guardian consent; without it, the individual is anonymized or redacted.
Rights tagging
- Every artifact carries a rights_license value and an embargo field.
- Visible logos and sponsor activations enter a brand clearance queue before release.
Dispute resolution
- A defined legal escalation path for contested provenance or IP claims.
- Temporary embargo or restricted access until the claim is resolved.
Privacy protections
- Face blurring or anonymization for individuals who have not consented.
- Redaction of sensitive financial data in receipts before archival storage.

The position, stated plainly
We treat the present as history. Every event is instrumented — tools, tempo, brands, costs, atmosphere, and risk — and captured with provenance and consent. Those captures become accessioned cultural assets: provable, licensable, and preservable. Our measures are capture coverage, provenance integrity, and monetization velocity. In short: we do not stream moments — we accession them.

- Metanated takes no equity, no publishing, and no master ownership as a condition of the discount.
- Participants agree to register every work produced during the term through the Registry intake, and to mentor two creators in a future cohort.
