    Read before we meet

    The Pre-Meeting Manifesto

Five positions, stated in advance, so the meeting can be spent on decisions instead of on values. If you disagree with one of them, say which number — that is a better first sentence than a pleasantry.

    01

We arrive with a manifest, not a mood board

Every work we bring into the room already carries its registration, its splits, its hardware chain, and its story of origin. Nothing is presented that cannot be audited on the spot.

    02

    Ownership precedes exposure

We do not trade equity for reach. Masters are licensed, never assigned, and revert to the creator estate. If a partnership requires assignment, it is not a partnership — it is an acquisition wearing a friendlier word.

    03

    Metadata is the product

The recording is the artifact; the manifest is the asset. Provenance, credits, energy draw, and rights routing are captured at the source so no downstream system has to guess — and no royalty goes unmatched.

    04

    Solvency is the measure

We judge every program by whether creators end the quarter in the black. Not impressions. Not follower counts. Cleared money, documented, with receipts a grandchild could read.

    05

The next cohort is part of the deliverable

Every participant mentors two. Curriculum, not charisma, is what scales a culture. A program that produces one star and no successors has failed its brief.

    How the meeting runs

    • Read this page before we sit down. The meeting starts at position 01, not at introductions.
    • Bring one live question about ownership, capital, or compliance.
    • Decisions in the room get written into the ledger the same day.
