The Broadcast
File an episode as a holding — number, dates, run time, transcript, sponsor, and rights. Cleared episodes are accessioned into the Museum and cited like any other record.
The standard
- An episode is a holding. It gets a number, a date, a run time, and an accession reference — not just a feed post.
- The transcript is filed with the audio. A conversation nobody can search is a conversation nobody can cite.
- Guest clearance is recorded before the episode is accessioned. Unreleased names stay restricted.
- Sponsors are named in the record, so the commercial position of the episode is answerable later.
- Only the cleared public label reaches the Museum. Raw masters and private contacts stay behind the wall.
