House Policy
When anyone asks how Metanated works, how the money works, what a tier covers, or what a fee opens — the answer is the app, not a person. No database of inquiries is kept. No briefcase of documents changes hands. The principle is derived from an old line: no face, no case. Where the parties and the record are not in writing inside the system, there is nothing to answer to and nothing to litigate.

The Policy
Every question a visitor asks is answered by a page inside the app — not by a person reciting from memory.
If someone asks in person, by email, by phone, or in a DM, the reply points them to the relevant page. The app is the source of truth; a spoken answer is a pointer, not a record.
Questions are not cataloged, profiled, or stored against the person who asked.
An inquiry reaches the app or the stated contact address and is answered in the open. There is no hidden ledger of who asked what, kept to be traded or weaponized later.
No document changes hands off the record — no decks, no terms sheets, no drafts passed in a meeting room.
Everything a visitor needs is published on its page or behind a sign-in. A document that only exists in someone's bag is a liability, not an asset.
The record names the parties and the work — not the gossip, the screenshot, or the rumor.
Identity in the system is the creator, the work, and the accession record. Anything that cannot be tied to a named party and a sealed file is not part of the case.
Where there is no written, sealed record inside the app, there is nothing to answer to.
Disputes resolve to the record. A claim that lives only in a chat thread or a memory is not a case — it is noise. The app holds the evidence, or the matter does not stand.
Answers are written on a page the visitor can return to — not spoken once and lost.
If a question is worth answering, it is worth a page. The living textbook and the magazine exist so the answer is the same the second time someone asks as it was the first.
How an Inquiry Moves
A visitor asks — in person, by email, by phone, or in a DM.
The reply names the page that answers the question and links it.
The page carries the record — terms, prices, rights, or the inquiry address.
Nothing is stored against the visitor. Nothing is carried off the system.
If the question has no page yet, it becomes the next chapter or article.

The app is the single source. It is updated live, it answers every question a visitor can ask, and it keeps the record so no one has to rely on memory, email threads, or a carried briefcase. If a question is not answered here yet, it will be — that is what the living textbook and the living editor are for.
This is a working house policy, not a contract and not legal advice. It states how Metanated directs inquiries and keeps its record; it does not guarantee a legal outcome, eliminate all legal risk, or replace the rights and obligations set out in a signed agreement. 'No face, no case' is a phrase Metanated uses to describe its record-keeping discipline; it is not a representation that any particular dispute will or will not proceed. Where a signed agreement applies, that agreement governs.
