MINERVA V9 reads the file itself — sample rate, bit depth, gain staging through the chain, clipping, mud in the low mid, loudness and true-peak behaviour. Every measurement is written down with the take it came from.

Canonical rights data is reconstructed and checked: writers and splits, publisher and PRO registration, IPI, ISRC and ISWC, contributor roles, and the delivery fields gaming engines, spatial formats and AI curation actually read.

Provenance audit
A chain of custody is assembled from session to master: who touched the work, when, on what hardware, and which take became the record. That manifest is what makes the asset defensible later.

Qualifying labour and expenditure are separated and posted into accounting ledgers built for independent CPA expenditure verification under La. R.S. 47:6022 — 25% on resident labour, 18% on eligible production expenditure.
